Receive 10% off tuition when paying for 6 or 12 months in advance. A $35 registration fee applies.
Tuition will be deducted automatically on the 1st of each month with a debit/credit card on file. Tuition is due within the first week of each month. If Auto-pay is declined for any reason a $10.00 late fee will be added to your balance after each week the tuition is left unpaid. It is your responsibility to update financials if they change at any time in order to avoid any late fees.
Tuition reserves a student’s lesson time each week. Any lesson a student does not attend will be a forfeiture of that lesson. One lesson per four-week paid term may be rescheduled at the consent and availability of the class or teacher. Student must notify the teacher and the School of Music of any cancellation at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a make-up for that lesson. All students are expected to come to class on time with their books/handouts. No food, drinks, or use of cell phones will be permitted in class. No cussing, yelling, or pushing of any other student will be tolerated. Any returned checks will be charged an NSF fee of $35.00
If a student withdraws no less than 24 hours before first lesson, he/she will receive a partial refund and will be subject to a $25 Administrative Fee. Registration fee(s) are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after the first lesson. Flat 5 School of Music operates on a month-to-month basis. If you decide to discontinue lessons, a verbal notice will be required in order to avoid being charged for the next month. You must notify us any time before the new month begins. No Refunds will be given if lessons are discontinued during the current month. No Refunds will be given on any remaining lessons. All credit/debit card charges are subject to a 3.5% + 0.15 Processing Fee. Registration Fees are Non-Refundable.
